Refund and Return Policy
I. Cancellations & Refunds
The following applies to refunds,Returns and Cancellations for our Robobabez BV Products:
Orders for Products may be canceled by the Vendor within twelve (12) hours from the date and time of purchase (“12 Hour Cancellation Period”) for a refund of funds paid to the Vendors original payment method (subject to processing and transaction fees). Robobabez BV must receive the cancellation request within the 12 Hour Cancellation Period – no exceptions can be made.
The following terms apply after the 12 Hour Cancellation Period:
- Robobabez BV is a customized product that is created especially for the customer. After the 12 hour period, an order will be processed and cannot be canceled for any reason.
- Robobabez BV will confirm order details via email with the vendor, if the vendor confirms the order details as correct, starting from that moment the order cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. If the vendor requests to modify, edit or upgrade the order they must reach out to Robobabez BV asap in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible.
- If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is accepted by the Manufacturer (Robobabez BV) after the 12 Hours Cancellation Period. The cancellation will be subject to a Manufacturer (“Material loss Fee”) of twenty percent (20.0%) from the value of the Product order. Robobabez BV will provide the vendor a refund of funds paid minus the Material loss Fee to the vendors original payment method.
- Other fees may apply such as processing and transaction fees when returning or refunding funds.

II. Warranty & Damages
Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund once the product has been delivered as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene and current health issues. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the adult products industry. We will however work on your behalf with our manufacturer department to put any issues you may have to conclusion. We are here for you.
If your customer’s product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages the customer should open a complaint with the shipment carrier while they are delivering the box, as that probably happened during the shipment. After that, please report to us so we can also escalate it. The outside packaging even Our Case might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if they see visible issues on the box at the time of delivery.
All vendors should make customers aware that application of any permanent make up or chemicals to our products may cause discoloration to the product. We also advise against direct contact to direct flames of chemicals as this will damage the product. Our products are manufactured within EU safety guidelines & misadventure with the product including any attempt to access the products internal mechanisms will be at the customer’s own risk.
If the product has any issues, please send photos to support@robobabez. and we will assess the issue in order to provide a solution, it will depend on the nature of the incident and if the security tamper seals are still intact.
If the problem was caused by us then rest assured we will take care of it.
We believe all our products are of the highest quality standards. Our manufacturing processes and procedures are carefully monitored to provide the customer the ultimate product which is manufactured using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.
